Department : Administration

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 8~12 Years in Safety standard, policies & procedures & work methods in Plant Qualification : B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Industrial Safety


Responsibilities

  • Carry out the day-to-day operations of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.
  • Contribute to effective HSE management by providing technical support.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments.
  • Maintain HSE logs and documentation, and prepare necessary HSE reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues and make recommendations to facility management.
  • Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
  • Observe HSE regulations and encourage safe working practices.
  • Correct obvious hazards immediately or report them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct Driving Safety Audits, awareness programs, and periodic training.
  • Handle government liaison and coordination activities.
  • Plan and develop critical risk strategies to mitigate future risks at the plants.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve EHS involvement and stakeholder competency.
  • Conduct and coordinate facility inspections to identify and correct safety hazards and potential hazards.
  • Required Skills (Line by Line)

  • Experience in handling Safety Audits and Safety Awareness programs.
  • Experience managing overall HSE activities in a manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of IMS (OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001) and IATF 16949.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work with employees and drive cultural change despite resistance.
  • Ability to maintain positive and proactive relations with managers, employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of internal and external auditing processes is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
