About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to start your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for a dedicated Entry-Level HR Assistant – HR Data Entry Executive to support our HR team with critical data management and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are comfortable with spreadsheets, passionate about precision, and looking to grow within HR operations.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting core HR processes, and ensuring data integrity across systems—laying a strong foundation for your future in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Entry: Accurately enter and update employee information in HRIS and internal systems.
  • Document Management: Assist in organizing, scanning, and archiving employee documents and HR files.
  • Onboarding Support: Help prepare employee onboarding kits, update checklists, and assist in orientation logistics.
  • Attendance & Leave Tracking: Support the maintenance of attendance and leave records using Excel or HR software.
  • HR Reports & Dashboards: Generate and format basic reports related to headcount, attrition, and employee records.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in resume screening, updating applicant databases, and tracking candidate status.
  • Employee Records: Ensure data accuracy in employee profiles and update changes like role, department, or contact information.
  • Confidentiality Compliance: Maintain discretion and security of sensitive employee information at all times.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, filters, data validation) and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential data professionally.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with HRMS, HRIS, or ERP tools is a plus but not mandatory.
