Entrepreneur in Residence

As a core member of the Founder’s Office in an EIR role , you will work directly with the Leadership to drive critical strategic initiatives, solve business challenges, and ensure seamless execution of high-priority projects. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for a sharp generalist who thrives in ambiguity and wants to contribute meaningfully to a company’s growth story. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Execution Support the founder in defining business strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and translating ideas into actionable plans. Special Projects Lead time-bound cross-functional projects that are critical to the company's growth — from market expansion to process improvements. Decision Support & Analytics Conduct deep-dive analyses, create dashboards, and prepare briefing notes or presentations to facilitate data-backed decision-making. Founder Enablement Manage the founder’s bandwidth by proactively filtering, organizing, and executing on inputs coming from multiple stakeholders. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with product, growth, operations, finance, and HR teams to drive alignment and remove blockers. Communication & Stakeholder Management Craft internal and external communications, board decks, and investor updates on behalf of the founder. What are we looking for : 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, founder’s office, or high-growth startups Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines; highly organized and outcome-driven High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse teams Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, ownership-driven, and low ego Nice to have : Experience working directly with founders or in early-stage startups Exposure to building new projects / products / road map of business verticals Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Notion, and data visualization tools Why Join Us?
