As the Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth
and expanding our footprint in the enterprise and partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for
acquiring new enterprise clients, building strategic SaaS and API-based partnerships, and managing
high-value relationships across both global and regional markets. This role blends business
development with relationship management and strategic planning.
● Develop and implement sales strategies for Hubhopper’s enterprise SaaS solutions and
partnership offerings.
● Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to drive revenue through enterprise deals, brand
collaborations, and API integrations.
● Lead end-to-end deal cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value
contracts.
● Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with key stakeholders across brands, advertisers, and
enterprise partners.
● Act as the main point of contact for strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts, ensuring
smooth onboarding and long-term success.
● Effectively track interactions and progress using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales
documentation.
Market Research & Strategy Alignment
● Stay abreast of industry trends in podcasting, SaaS, and digital media to identify new business
opportunities.
● Provide regular market feedback to internal teams to fine-tune offerings and go-to-market
strategies.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to align client requirements with Hubhopper’s product capabilities.
● 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS or digital media
environment.
● Demonstrated success in closing partnerships or enterprise SaaS deals.
● Experience with API-based partnership models or podcasting/media sales is a strong plus.
● Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise deals.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term growth.
● Demonstrated ability to mentor, build, or lead a small sales or partnership team is a strong plus.
● Hands-on experience with modern sales tools and CRMs such as:
❖ HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp or equivalent CRM platforms
❖ Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo for lead generation
❖ Outreach, Lemlist, or Mailshake for outbound campaign management
