Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales , particularly in the IT and software solutions space. If you are passionate about technology, thrive in a client-facing role, and are skilled in crafting strategic solutions, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Drive enterprise-level B2B sales of IT and software automation solutions. Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations. Conduct in-person client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions. Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate commercial terms. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client needs and successful solution deployment. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in B2B Sales , IT Sales , or Field Sales . Strong exposure to automation software solutions and enterprise software sales . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
