Role & responsibilities Identifies sales opportunities and generates prospects from majorly Power plants, transmission & distribution customers. Able to build close relationships with the key stakeholders from customers organization starting from Plant Head up to the CXO. Creates and implements effective sales strategies to achieve/exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets. Should be well versed with the software market trends related to Automation and IT. Conducts sales presentations, demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals and be able to close contract deals. Should be willing to work independently and comfortable working with a startup kind of environment. Should be willing to Travel Regionally and Pan India as per organizations requirement. Should follow Weekly plan and achieve monthly goals. Preferred candidate profile Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Determined and self-motivated Good team player Sales Acumen Pays attention to detail Experience selling enterprise software is preferred Bachelors degree in relevant major or relevant experience Should have experience of more than 4 years in Sales & Business Development Perks and benefits 5 days a week working Work life balance Mediclaim and Personal Accident Cover
