Role Purpose

lead enterprise sales and sector-focused marketing for Data on Demand

articulate AI as a boardroom solution



Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Originate, develop, and close enterprise opportunities across

    E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Power, and Supply Chain

    .
  • Deliver an annual pipeline of

    ₹8–12 crore

    , with defined quarterly revenue targets.
  • Engage at CXO/Board level, positioning DoD as a

    “decision-critical” AI system

    rather than a SaaS product.
  • Structure complex deals, including SaaS licensing, one-time deployments, and AMC models.

Marketing Strategy

  • Design and execute

    sector-specific campaigns

    aligned to industry pain points.
  • Develop collaterals, case studies, and presentations for senior decision-makers and policy forums.
  • Represent Humanli at industry events, exhibitions, and government consultations.
  • Collaborate with product and consulting teams to

    translate technical capabilities into business impact narratives

    .

Strategic Contribution

  • Provide structured market intelligence on competitor products (Copilot, Katonic, SuperAI, etc.).
  • Shape Humanli’s GTM and pricing models for large-scale adoption.
  • Support government and CSR engagements by contributing to high-value proposals and tenders.
  • Build the foundation for a vertical sales organisation under your leadership within 18 months.



Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in

    enterprise sales / consulting / SaaS / analytics

    with proven closures in multi-crore B2B contracts.
  • Established relationships or prior exposure to

    E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Power, or Supply Chain

    industries.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify technical concepts into board-level business language.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution structuring, proposal drafting, and contract negotiation.
  • Exposure to digital / account-based marketing, enterprise campaigns, and CXO-level presentations preferred.



Compensation

  • Competitive fixed salary Rs 12 - 15 LPA.
  • Uncapped performance-linked incentives

    with potential to double or triple base earnings.
  • ESOP allocation considered for exceptional performers.
