Position Overview

We are seeking an entry level Integration Functional Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and a background in MBA-HR. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless integration of enterprise systems, applications, and processes to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the functional consultant for system integration projects across HR systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and identify integration needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Work closely with developers, and consultants to ensure successful design, configuration, and deployment of integrations.
Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation of integrations.
Provide expertise on data mapping, transformation, and workflow alignment between systems.
Support change management by communicating functional benefits of integration solutions to business leaders.
Prepare business cases, ROI analysis, and presentations for leadership using MBA-driven analytical and strategic frameworks.

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resource/Information Systems & 1-2 years of working experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
SuccessFactors Integration Center, etc.).
Strong knowledge of ERP, HR, Finance, or CRM systems and their integration patterns.
Good understanding of business processes and ability to align them with technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
