Key Responsibilities

1. AI Transformation & Business Value Selling (The "What")

  • Own the Gemini Narrative:

    Act as the primary subject matter expert on how

    Google Gemini, and the broader Google Workspace AI capabilities

    drive productivity, collaboration, and competitive advantage for C-level executives.
  • Pipeline Generation & Enterprise Hunting:

    Proactively identify, qualify, and close new logo accounts in West Region enterprise segment.
  • Strategic Transformation:

    Move beyond transactional sales to lead

    consultative, multi-year business transformation deals

    . Articulate clear, quantifiable ROI that connects AI adoption directly to the client's strategic business outcomes (e.g., operational efficiency, security posture, employee experience).
  • Ecosystem Expertise:

    Confidently position Google Workspace and Gemini against competitive offerings, leveraging prior experience within the

    Google or Microsoft ecosystem

    to demonstrate differentiated value.

2. Market Execution & Relationship Building (The "How")

  • West Region Enterprise Connects (MANDATORY):

    Leverage a

    proven network of relationships

    with IT, Digital Transformation, and C-Suite decision-makers across large enterprises in the West Region of India.
  • Complex Deal Orchestration:

    Efficiently manage the entire sales lifecycle for large digital workplace transformation coordinating internal resources (Solution Engineers, Consultants).
  • Executive Engagement:

    Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executives, ensuring Brio is positioned as the essential partner for their Digital Workplace and AI initiatives.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:

    Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring highly accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and activity reporting.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    8+ years of proven, quota-carrying

    Enterprise B2B technology sales experience

    as an

    Individual Contributor (IC)

    , with a track record of selling complex SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Domain Expertise:

    Minimum 4+ years of direct experience selling Digital Workplace, Cloud Productivity, or Collaboration solutions (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms).
  • Regional Network:

    MUST

    possess verifiable, active connections and demonstrated success in landing and expanding business within large-scale enterprise accounts in the

    India West Region (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad)

    .
  • Ecosystem Background (MANDATORY):

    Prior professional experience working for, or extensively selling into, the

    Google or Microsoft Enterprise ecosystem

    is essential.
  • Transformation Passion:

    A genuine passion for and deep belief in the power of AI to fundamentally transform how organizations collaborate and operate..


Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific experience selling Google Cloud or Google Workspace/Gemini solutions.
  • Understanding of large-scale cloud deployment factors: IT governance, security protocols, data migration, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals over $100k+ ARR.
