What You’ll Own

Lead the Pod – Drive delivery, quality, and growth of a high-performing engineering squad. Shape the Architecture – Build scalable, resilient backend systems using Node.js (preferred), Golang, or Python. Own the Technical Direction – Align closely with Product and Enterprise Architecture to balance speed with scale. Raise the Bar – Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Champion Agile Practices – Ensure high velocity without compromising on quality and stability. Grow Talent – Hire, coach, and run performance reviews to nurture the next generation of leaders. Build Cross-Functional Alignment – Translate business needs into technical outcomes that move the needle.

Who You Are

Hands-On Technologist – Deep expertise in Node.js (preferred), Golang, or Python. Architect at Scale – Skilled in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infra. Quality-Obsessed – Strong in Git, TDD/Unit/E2E testing, and CI/CD practices. Data-Driven Engineer – Solid grounding in SQL/NoSQL, caching, and performance optimization. Agile Operator – Sharp product sense, problem-solving mindset, and ability to move fast. Culture Builder – Passionate about mentoring and scaling engineering culture in high-growth environments. Strategic Communicator – Able to engage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
