- Digital Revamp of HSBA Saudi banking (Internet & Mobile)
- Digital Transformation & Global HSBC Strategy implementation in Saudi.
- Enterprise Technology and Tool implementation for Saudi
- Saudi Local Cloud adoption strategies and Saudi Internal Cloud Hosting
- DevOps & CICD tooling adoption
- Adoption of Public Cloud & IKP using Google Anthos
- Automated Build Environment using Terraforms(PaaS) and Automated Infra Build(IaaS)
- EA tool implementation for Saudi market
- Delivering key strategic programs like API platform, MuleSoft migration to KONG, Digital Banking Platform, Biometrics, SWIFT ISO 2022, ServieNow migration from GSD, Decisioning systems (PowerCurve and TRIAD migration), Local Cloud Adoption- GCP, M365(MsOffice Suite and MsTeams) and many more.
- Product & Programme Delivery for HSBC Saudi IT & Business units.
- Team/people management, incorporating effective coaching, mentoring and development opportunities
- Ownership of core policies, processes and standards including the development and maintenance of appropriate controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and/or risks
- Cost reduction via process refinement and automation
- Handling non-functional risks – Legal, Regulatory compliance, Fraud, Resilience, Conduct and Credit risk.
- CO2 emission via better code quality and implementation
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- GCP Adoption, Environment Design, Build and Maintenance
- Leading the strategic direction of the environment team, across multiple projects and programm in disciplines of environment engineering
- Automation Management of GCP builds through Terraform
- Dataflow configuration for through Environment related stats
- CI/CD pipeline automation and adaptation of tools like SonarCube, Nexus
- GCP Cost Management & Optimization
- Development and evolution of key metrics and reporting mechanisms in order to monitor progress and overall team performance.
- Defect Tracking for Technology Enablers and Improving our Shift Left score
