Job Description

Location:

Educational Qualification:

Degree in Engineering
ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certified Internal Auditor.
ISO 9001:2015 certification and experience in Quality Management System will be added advantage.

Experience / Skills Required:

Implementation of requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Standards.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard will be added advantage.
Minimum 5-10 years Experience of working in QHSE Management System.
Experience in conducting HSE and Quality Management System Audits.
Experience in conducting training and awareness programs.

Preferably with EPC background

Roles and Responsibilities

Applying the methods and tools from the QHSE Management System, consistent with Corporate and Project requirements .
Conducting regular QHSE Internal audits and Assessments, Audit reports preparation, compliance status and corrective actions.
Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and to evaluate the risk.
Conducting periodic safety drills and participating in emergency response planning, safety committee meeting etc. and ensure Action points are complied with.
Proficient in preparing incident reports and leading investigations through root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Participating as a team member in the QHSE management system verification.
Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the QHSE system and promote a culture of safety.
Conducting QHSE Trainings at offices and Construction sites.
Collecting reference data for generating performance and operational indicators of the QHSE Management System.
Ensuring compliance with local, National safety laws and regulations .
Ensuring that all QHSE-related documents are properly maintained, updated, and accessible to relevant personnel.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of developments in the relevant International standards and best QHSE practices.
