Quality Engineer

Job Description:-

⮚ Good working knowledge of Quality Standards and Forgings manufacturing processes.

⮚ Hands-on experience in Forge shop & Machine shop (CNC/VMC/HMC) components.

⮚ Experience of various manufacturing processes such as Forgings, and Machining processes.

⮚ Commodities Handled: Forgings, Machining.

⮚ Exposure to various testing methods & inspection technologies.

⮚ Knowledge of Quality documents like MTC, IBR test Certificate,Inspection Report, Test Certificates.

⮚ Knowldge of inspection & certification of Final Products of forged components.

⮚ Knowldge of Material testing & Handling of TPI.

⮚ Responsible for Various set up on different machines as per requirement.

⮚ Daily rejection analysis.

· Handling Quality In in-process & Final stage of Inspection

· Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, in company.

A). Having good Communication & Presentation skills with a positive attitude.

B). Team-player

C). Ready to take challenges.

D). Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

SOFTWARE SKILL:

1. ERP

2. Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
