Job Description (JD)

To design, develop, install, maintain, and test electrical systems and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and reliability in line with industry standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development
• Prepare electrical system designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Evaluate electrical load requirements and design suitable distribution systems.
• Installation & Commissioning
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other engineering teams during execution.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement quick, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure electrical systems comply with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain documentation of safety checks, permits, and compliance certifications.
• Project Management
• Plan and manage electrical works within budget and timelines.
• Prepare cost estimates, procurement lists, and material specifications.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain detailed records of all electrical works, test reports, and maintenance logs.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
