Key Responsibilities:

Investor Engagement & Promotion

• Identify, map, and engage with Indian corporates and conglomerates exploring international expansion opportunities.
• Conduct CxO-level conversations (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Strategy or Corporate Development) to assess investment appetite and present global regions as viable destinations for growth.
• Pitch sector- and region-specific value propositions in alignment with international EDA mandates.

Strategic Advisory & Market Intelligence

• Track outbound investment trends, analyze industry movements, and monitor global market opportunities relevant to Indian investors.
• Develop sectoral strategies and investment promotion toolkits for targeted industries
• Prepare market reports, opportunity assessments, and business intelligence updates for government clients.

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Plan and execute outreach programs, including

  B2B meetings, delegation visits, investment roadshows, and roundtables

  .
• Serve as a key point of coordination between T&A’s clients (foreign governments) and Indian business stakeholders.
• Liaise regularly with foreign trade officials, investment promotion bodies, and industry associations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in

  Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations

  , or related fields.
• 4–8 years of experience in

  M&A, Corporate Strategy, International Trade Advisory, Business Consulting

  , or

  FDI facilitation

  .
• Prior exposure to cross-border investment, international business expansion, or working with government or quasi-government entities is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the investment motivations of Indian enterprises.
• Proven experience in engaging

  CXO-level stakeholders

  and managing long-cycle business development programs.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with

  FDI flows, site selection drivers, regulatory dynamics

  , and business expansion lifecycles.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural environments and manage relationships across time zones.
