Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to identify suitable geographies, workspace models, and vendors for office setups – internal or Client. Liaise with brokers, landlords, and workspace providers to evaluate options, negotiate terms, and align space offerings with client requirements. Evaluate shortlisted properties and workspace solutions (e.g., leased, co-working, managed spaces) and present data-driven recommendations. Develop real estate strategies aligned with headcount growth projections, and operational needs, balancing cost, flexibility, and scalability. Create financial models comparing workspace options, highlighting total cost of ownership, ROI, and budget impact to support strategic decision-making. Engage with client team - leadership, finance, HR, and IT to capture space requirements and ensure cross-functional buy-in on location and format choices. Recommend fit-outs, layout configurations, and facility mix (meeting rooms, collaboration zones, amenities) tailored to the business’s operating style. Oversee end-to-end execution of the workspace setup—vendor coordination, timelines, compliance checks, and readiness for occupancy. Ensure contracts, approvals, and project milestones are documented and aligned with internal policies and legal standards. Provide regular updates and dashboards to leadership on progress, risks, cost tracking, and market shifts impacting workspace strategy. Qualifications & Experience: Education : Master’s degree or MBA is preferred Experience : 5–10 years of Experience in working with global organizations, managed workspace providers, or real estate consulting firms.
