Engagement Lead- Workspace

As a Real Estate Strategy Manager, your role involves conducting in-depth market research and benchmarking to identify suitable geographies, workspace models, and vendors for office setups, whether internal or for clients. You will be responsible for liaising with brokers, landlords, and workspace providers to evaluate options, negotiate terms, and align space offerings with client requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate shortlisted properties and workspace solutions, such as leased, co-working, and managed spaces, and present data-driven recommendations. Your key responsibilities include developing real estate strategies that are aligned with headcount growth projections and operational needs, while balancing cost, flexibility, and scalability. You will create financial models comparing workspace options, highlighting total cost of ownership, ROI, and budget impact to support strategic decision-making. It will be essential for you to engage with client teams, including leadership, finance, HR, and IT, to capture space requirements and ensure cross-functional buy-in on location and format choices. Furthermore, you will recommend fit-outs, layout configurations, and facility mix tailored to the business's operating style. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of the workspace setup, including vendor coordination, timelines, compliance checks, and readiness for occupancy. Ensuring that contracts, approvals, and project milestones are documented and aligned with internal policies and legal standards will be a critical part of your role. Providing regular updates and dashboards to leadership on progress, risks, cost tracking, and market shifts impacting workspace strategy is also expected. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. - Experience: You should have 5-10 years of experience working with global organizations, managed workspace providers, or real estate consulting firms. Familiarity with flexible workspace models, such as co-working and managed offices, as well as experience in multi-location setup projects, is a plus.,
