Endpoint Security Engineer

• Endpoint Security Implementation & Management
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security solutions such as antivirus, EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and encryption tools.
• Ensure endpoint security tools are up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with organizational security policies.
• Manage security policies for endpoints including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and servers.
• Threat Detection & Incident Response
• Monitor endpoint security alerts, investigate incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with the SOC (Security Operations Center) and incident response teams for threat containment and remediation.
• Implement endpoint hardening and security baselines to minimize attack surfaces.
• Vulnerability Management & Compliance
• Perform endpoint security assessments and vulnerability scans regularly.
• Remediate identified endpoint security gaps and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, or company-specific regulations.
• Generate reports and metrics for endpoint security posture and incidents.
• Collaboration & Training
• Work closely with IT infrastructure and application security teams for secure configuration and patch management.
• Provide endpoint security awareness sessions for employees and IT teams.
• Document endpoint security procedures, configurations, and incident playbooks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in endpoint security management in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black, Microsoft Defender ATP).
• Knowledge of DLP solutions, endpoint encryption tools, and antivirus platforms.
• Familiarity with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) for security event analysis.
• Understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint security configurations.
• Knowledge of network security fundamentals, patch management, and vulnerability scanning tools.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zero Trust security concepts and endpoint access control.
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Microsoft Security certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to cloud security solutions for endpoints (Azure, AWS).
  

Additional Information

• Face-to-Face Interview at Hyderabad office may be required.
• Day 1 Onsite Reporting is mandatory post DOJ (Date of Joining).
