Role Overview

Endpoint Security Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage

  Sophos AV, EDR, DLP, and Encryption

  solutions.
• Monitor and administer the

  Sophos Protection Suite Console

  for alerts and threats.
• Lead

  vulnerability management & patching

  across Windows/Linux servers and endpoints.
• Perform security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Proactively monitor threat intelligence and industry alerts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in

  Endpoint Security design & implementation

  (Sophos AV, EDR, DLP, Encryption).
• 6+ years in

  Vulnerability Management & Patching

  (Windows & Linux).
• 4+ years in

  Security Infrastructure & Threat Management

  .
• Proficiency with tools such as

  Qualys, Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Windows Security, Linux/Unix, TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, and firewalls

  .
• Security certifications (

  CEH, CompTIA Security+, CHFI, CISM

  ) preferred
