This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle pre-employment onboarding for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements, background verification, and credentialing standards. The ideal candidate will deliver a seamless and high-quality onboarding experience while collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and background screening vendors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute the full onboarding process for final selected candidates in accordance with US healthcare compliance standards. Collect, review, and validate pre-employment documents including applications, credentials, licenses, references, consent forms, and disclosure documentation. Verify healthcare-specific documentation including certifications, professional licensure, and primary source verification (PSV). Schedule and coordinate new hire medical evaluations, drug screenings, and other pre-employment health checks through EHS or authorized vendors. Liaise with third-party background verification providers to monitor background check progress, resolve delays, and ensure timely clearance. Communicate proactively with new hires, recruiters, and hiring managers regarding onboarding status and expected timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate onboarding activities in accordance with company and healthcare compliance policies (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS). Partner with US teams to verify clearance and compliance for hires. Drive continuous improvement of onboarding practices to enhance candidate experience and compliance efficiency. Perform other HR onboarding duties as assigned. Required Skills: Experience in onboarding processes, especially in the US healthcare industry. Knowledge of background checks, drug tests, and medical clearances. Understanding of healthcare compliance rules.
