Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage users, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing tools, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of B2B and B2C funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Create and manage email campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Handle campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Lead Nurturing & Automation

• Develop automated email flows to engage and nurture leads.
• Customize messaging based on the sales funnel stage.

Segmentation & Personalization

• Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo to segment and manage lists.
• Send targeted emails based on user behavior and interests.

Team Collaboration

• Work with sales to align messaging with customer needs.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to create engaging emails.

Testing & Optimization

• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing.
• Use insights to improve email performance.

Performance Monitoring

• Track email metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, and bounce rate.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements.

Compliance & Deliverability

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices.
• Maintain clean lists and strong sender reputation.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for future campaigns.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in email or digital marketing (preferably in IT/SaaS)
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and personalization
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
