Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive engagement for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B email marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote IT services.
• Write compelling and targeted email copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Manage email campaigns from end to end – including segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Use tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms.
• Build and maintain clean, responsive email lists using lead databases (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align email efforts with lead generation goals.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Stay updated on trends in email marketing and B2B outreach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing (preferably in the IT or B2B SaaS industry).
• Proven experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills (English proficiency required).
• Good knowledge of email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience in lead nurturing workflows or drip campaigns.
• Understanding of IT service offerings such as software development, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
