Prepare reports and presentations with key findings, trends, and recommendations for senior management. Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new product launches align with the brand's positioning and market demands. Assist in the development of product packaging, ensuring it communicates the brand's message effectively and appeals to the target market. Monitor product performance post-launch and suggest adjustments to optimize market positioning. Brand Communication & Content: Work closely with the communications team to develop brand messaging, content, and creative assets that are consistent with the brand's identity. Ensure all marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional content, are aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in maintaining and growing the brand's presence on digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.). Budget & Performance Tracking: Assist in managing the brand's marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI. Track the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work with finance and other departments to ensure that the brand meets its financial targets. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, creative, product, and supply chain to ensure successful brand execution. Work closely with retail partners to support product placement, promotions, and merchandising activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and other stakeholders. Brand Guidelines & Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, product packaging, and in-store experiences. Monitor and manage brand guidelines, ensuring they are followed in all communications and materials. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (1-3 years preferred). Strong understanding of brand strategy, market analysis, and consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing).
