Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms and market data.
• Reach out to companies via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our recruitment services.
• Fix meetings and demos for senior team members with prospective clients.
• Build initial rapport with HR professionals and hiring managers.
• Understand the client’s basic hiring requirements and share details with the recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate lead and conversation logs in CRM/Excel.
• Assist with proposal creation, follow-ups, and basic client coordination.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of sales or recruitment (training will be provided).
• Good research and networking ability.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle targets.
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet research.

Qualifications

• Any graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA freshers welcome).
• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
• Strong interest in sales, HR, or client-facing roles.

Work from office from Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day)
