Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients for follow-up, appointment scheduling, and information sharing. Coordinate with partner hospitals to confirm patient appointments and medical requirements. Act as the communication bridge between patients and hospitals, ensuring timely updates and smooth processes. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up lists, and reports. Assist in handling incoming queries via phone or email. Preferred candidate profile Must be fluent in Bengali (spoken) & comfortable in English/Hindi. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
