Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Mohali district. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential leads, researching market opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients. This role involves performing tasks such as initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, maintaining customer data, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Additionally, the individual will play a key role in driving sales goals by proactively seeking and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn; run cold outreach campaigns and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Sales & Closing: Conduct client meetings and present company services; handle follow-ups, resolve objections, and close deals ; meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Strategy & Collaboration: Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communication; coordinate with internal teams for project onboarding; track market trends and competitor activity. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within the IT services industry (Software Development, Digital Transformation). Proficiency in identifying New Leads and expertise in Lead Generation strategies ( B2B Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Email Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator ). Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with potential clients. A foundational understanding of software development cycles, IT services, and B2B sales cycles is a significant advantage.
