Role Description

As an Elite Solar Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them on their journey to energy independence. This is more than a sales job; you are an advisor and an expert helping families save money and contribute to a sustainable future.

  • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
  • Analyze a customer's electricity usage and property to design a customized solar solution that meets their specific needs and maximizes their savings
  • Create and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition, including cost savings, ROI, and available government incentives
  • Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and transparency, successfully closing contracts and achieving sales targets
  • Actively seek out and develop your own leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement, in addition to company-provided appointments
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest solar technology, financing options, and local policies (including TGREDCO regulations and DISCOM net metering) to serve as a trusted advisor


What We're Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of success in sales.

Required:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a direct sales role (B2C), preferably with high-ticket items (e.g., auto, insurance, real estate, home improvement)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be a master at building rapport and trust
  • A self-starter attitude with an unstoppable drive to exceed goals
  • Fluency in English and Telugu is essential for connecting with the local community
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in the solar industry is a significant advantage
  • A strong network of contacts in the residential sector in Hyderabad or other parts of Telangana
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines
