Electronics Production Head

An Electronics Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure the timely, on-budget, and quality production of electronic products, managing production schedules, optimizing processes, leading the production team, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and collaborating with other departments like engineering and quality assurance.  Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules and plans, coordinating resources (materials, equipment, personnel) to meet production targets.  Process Management & Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and output, conduct process inspections, and troubleshoot production-related issues.  Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, conduct performance monitoring, and implement training programs to enhance skills and efficiency.  Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements, conducting regular inspections and audits.  Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure a safe and uninterrupted production environment.  Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, including engineering, quality control, supply chain, and sales, for effective and seamless operations.  Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze production performance metrics, produce reports on production issues, and implement corrective actions.  Key Skills Required Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (e.g., SMT, reflow, wave soldering) and equipment.  Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve production-related issues.  Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and resource management capabilities.  Process Improvement: Knowledge of industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.  Budget Management: Ability to manage production budgets and control costs.
