Electrical Technician

A. Installation & Commissioning

• Assist in the installation of all electrical equipment, control panels, motors, drives, and power distribution systems.
• Support commissioning activities including testing, calibration, and verification of system performance.
• Work with project teams and contractors to ensure electrical systems comply with design specifications.

B. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical machinery and plant utilities.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical equipment, PLC systems, MCC panels, switchgears, and instrumentation.
• Perform corrective maintenance during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.

C. Operations Support

• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
• Assist production teams in safe equipment startup and shutdown procedures.
• Ensure energy-efficient operation of electrical systems.

D. Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and plant safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and industry standards.
• Participate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

E. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
• Support implementation of new technologies, automation upgrades, and energy-saving initiatives.

3. QualificationsEducation

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Additional certifications in PLC, VFD, or industrial automation preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
