Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager (MEP – Electrical) to plan, coordinate, and oversee the electrical scope of our MEP projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:

  Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for electrical works within MEP projects.

• Team Management:

  Lead and manage electrical teams and subcontractors.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to electrical codes, MEP standards, safety regulations, and quality norms.

• Coordination:

  Collaborate with clients, PMCs, MEP teams, and other project managers.

• Budget & Timeline Management:

  Monitor and control electrical project budgets and timelines.

• Troubleshooting:

  Identify and resolve electrical-related issues promptly.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and electrical codes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in client and PMC coordination.
