Job Description

Department: DesignReports To: CTO & Director

Key Responsibilities

Electrical SLD & Layout Design – Timely and accurate preparation of SLDs, GA, and layout drawings.

BOQ & Cable Sizing – Efficient generation of bills of quantities and optimal cable schedules.

Design Accuracy – Maintain <5% deviation in estimated vs. actual site implementation.

Documentation Delivery – Submission of complete electrical design packages before deadline.

Simulation & Analysis Reports – Completion of system simulations with >95% accuracy.

Standards Compliance – All designs conform to IS/IEC standards and DISCOM norms.

Coordination Effectiveness – Efficient collaboration with procurement and execution teams.

Design Cost Efficiency – 10% reduction in system cost through smart design practices.

Support to Execution Team – Timely resolution of site queries and redlining.

Process Improvement – Contribute to internal SOP updates and design process optimization.
