Process Monitoring & Reporting Maintain accurate records of daily production metrics: number of elements cast, man-hours deployed, concrete volume consumed, cycle time per element, and demoulding success rates. Track process deviations and delays such as non-availability of raw materials, breakdown of equipment, labour shortages, or non-conformities. Promptly escalate issues that may impact production targets or delivery commitments. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Precast Production Manager, highlighting performance against production plans, mould utilization, casting output, rejection/rework rates, and opportunities for process improvement. 4.
