Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections at site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) in compliance with industry standards.
Provide training on industrial safety, fire safety, and HSE practices to employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to EHS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in SAFETY OFFICER role, preferably in manufacturing industry.
M.Tech degree in Production/Industrial or Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of ISSUE, INCIDENT & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation purposes.
