Job Description

  • We are looking for passionate and dedicated Counselors and Tele callers to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing guidance, support, and assistance to prospective clients or students

  • As a part of our dynamic team, you will engage with individuals through calls and interactions, answer their queries, and guide them through our programs or services

Counselor Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients or students through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Provide comprehensive information about our programs, services, admission requirements, and benefits

  • Understand the aspirations and needs of each individual and recommend suitable programs or services accordingly

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients make informed decisions aligned with their goals

  • Build strong relationships and rapport with clients to foster a supportive and empathetic counseling environment

  • Maintain detailed records of counseling interactions, progress, and follow-up actions

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline application and enrollment processes

  • Stay updated on industry trends, program changes, and counseling techniques through continuous learning

Telecaller Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients or students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, services, and benefits

  • Address inquiries, concerns, and questions in a professional and friendly manner

  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a favorable impression

  • Keep records of interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions using CRM software

  • Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition for interested individuals

  • Achieve and exceed individual targets for inquiries, conversions, and customer satisfaction

  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance the tele calling process and materials

Qualifications:

  • 12th Minimum with experience in a relevant field (eg, Education, Counseling, Communications)

  • Proven experience as a Counselor, Telecaller, or customer service representative is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Empathetic and patient attitude to understand and address the needs of clients or students

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust over the phone and in-person

  • Familiarity with counseling techniques, educational programs, and admissions processes

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, communication tools, and Microsoft Office

  • Time management skills to effectively manage counseling sessions or telecalling interactions

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
