Job Summary:

Student Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and respond to queries related to
fees, placements, hostel facilities, curriculum
, and other academic details.
Handle
student inquiries and leads
provided by internal teams.
Guide students through the entire
admission process
and help them complete all formalities.
Communicate with students through
phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
when required.
Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth student experience.
Maintain student interaction records and update the database regularly.
Participate in counseling sessions, campus visits, and events as needed.
Follow up with interested students to help them complete their admission process.
