About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead our mobile app development across Android and iOS. The role requires expertise in Flutter, state management, and mobile performance optimization, combined with strong debugging and deployment skills.

If you are enthusiastic about building pixel-perfect apps, debugging complex issues, and deploying at scale using AWS-backed APIs, youll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart).

Implement scalable state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).

Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.

Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and push notifications.

Ensure security, authentication, and secure storage in mobile applications.

Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and enforce mobile best practices.

Project Contribution

Lead mobile deliverables in Agile sprints and collaborate with backend, QA, and design teams.

Drive CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment to Play Store & App Store.

Debug production issues with Flutter DevTools, profiling, and logs.

Ensure user experience is consistent, reliable, and accessible.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years in mobile development, with 3+ years in Flutter.

Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart, navigation 2.0, and clean architecture.

Advanced debugging & performance profiling skills.

Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).

Hands-on with AWS services for mobile integration (API Gateway, Cognito, S3).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience in Flutter Web/Desktop.

Knowledge of Firebase, in-app purchases, analytics (GA4, Amplitude).

Familiarity with native bridges (Kotlin/Swift) and platform channels.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
