We’re looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to help us design and deliver high-performance mobile

applications for our fintech products. You’ll work on apps that involve real-time data, secure

transactions, and modern UI experiences — ensuring reliability, scalability, and elegance.

Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile

applications for iOS and Android using Flutter. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers,

and backend engineers to deliver features that combine functionality, performance, and world-class

user experience. This role is ideal for developers who love crafting polished, data-rich, and scalable

mobile applications in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, test, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications for fintech products.

● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Dart code.

● Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for real-time financial data and secure transactions.

● Build responsive, adaptive, and pixel-perfect UIs following modern design guidelines.

● Ensure high performance, stability, and smooth animations across iOS and Android devices.

● Manage application state efficiently using providers, Bloc, Riverpod, or other patterns.

● Implement secure data handling, including encryption, authentication, and API token management.

● Work with backend and QA teams to debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues promptly.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers for seamless integration of visuals and user experience.

● Perform regular app performance analysis and optimize for battery usage, responsiveness, and

loading time.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile ecosystem trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications● 5–6 years of professional experience in mobile app development.

● 5+ years of hands-on Flutter experience developing and deploying production-grade apps.

● Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework (widgets, animations, navigation, and state

management).

● Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data streams

(WebSocket/Firebase).

● Sound understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Bloc, Provider), and

code reusability.

● Experience with app publishing on Google Play and Apple App Store.

● Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.

● Understanding of mobile performance optimization, including startup time, memory usage, and

rendering efficiency.

● Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and in-app analytics.

● Ability to write unit and widget tests to ensure app reliability.

● Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

● Experience in fintech or data-heavy mobile applications (banking, trading, payments, etc.).

● Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development for platform-specific integrations.

● Knowledge of security and compliance standards (encryption, PCI-DSS, user data protection).

● Exposure to state management libraries like Riverpod, GetX, or MobX.

● Experience using Flutter web or desktop extensions for multi-platform solutions.

● Working knowledge of CI/CD automation tools (Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.).

● Basic understanding of UX principles and Figma handoff workflows.
