Job Description: Senior Flutter Developer (Microservices – Cab Booking Application) Position: Senior Flutter Developer Location: Remote/On-Site (as per requirement) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month About the Role We are looking for highly skilled Flutter Developers who have previously worked on cab booking applications and have strong knowledge of building mobile applications in a microservice-based environment . The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in developing scalable app architectures, integrating multiple services, and managing complex real-time features such as ride booking, live tracking, notifications, and service communication. This role requires strong leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and the capability to deliver high-quality modules within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities • Develop and enhance cab-booking-related mobile applications using Flutter. • Integrate the mobile app with microservice-based backends and distributed systems. • Work closely with backend teams for REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and real-time communication. • Ensure smooth integration of ride booking, driver–user communication, tracking, payments, etc. • Implement secure login, session handling, and multi-service authentication. • Optimize app performance, manage state efficiently, and resolve production issues. • Lead and coordinate with the development team, assign tasks, and review code. • Manage CI/CD processes and debug microservice-related issues. • Translate business requirements into technical architecture. Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart development. • Must have previous experience working on cab booking or ride-sharing applications . • Strong expertise in Microservice architecture, including: Service-to-service communication (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) API Gateway usage OAuth2 / JWT authentication Event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) Distributed databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL) Proficiency in state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, Redux). Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise). Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong analytical skills, debugging capabilities, and leadership qualities. Ability to guide a team and ensure smooth project execution. What We Offer- Competitive salary up to ₹50,000 per month.
