Role Description
Position: Educational CounselorCompany:-Scope TEchnologiesType: Full-time, On-siteLocation: Sector 2, Noida As an Educational Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests, career goals, and market demand. You will provide personalized counseling sessions, help them understand training options, and support them throughout their enrollment journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents. Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate courses. Provide accurate information about training programs, certifications, and career paths. Manage inquiries and follow up with potential students to ensure conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets. Maintain proper records of student interactions and feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in educational consulting, student counseling, or career counseling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of educational programs and resources. Ability to work effectively with students and parents. Professional certification in counseling or education is an added advantage. Compensation Salary : 20,000 , 30,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
