Candidates must be well-versed in English with excellent communication skills to interact with students and clients based in the UAE. You will play a key role in handling inquiries, following up on leads, and guiding students through our admission processes. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries related to Dubai education programs. Communicate clearly and confidently in English with students and parents based in the UAE. Explain course details, admission requirements, and other services. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Coordinate with the Dubai office for admissions and student support. Requirements: Education: Any degree (graduates from any discipline are eligible). Must be fluent in English (spoken and written). Good communication and listening skills. Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or education is an added advantage. Ability to work with a team and handle time-sensitive follow-ups.
