Position: Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Kadavathra,Kochi
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: 11AM -8PM
Salary: + Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate with finance on payment matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream.
• 1–2 years of customer relationship experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and experienced in handling repayments.
