We are looking for a dedicated professional to guide prospective partners through the process of taking up a Bachpan Play School franchise. The role involves explaining franchise criteria, addressing inquiries, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with interested candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly explain the eligibility, criteria, and complete process for acquiring a Bachpan Play School franchise.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential franchise partners and interested prospects.
• Share comprehensive details on investment, space/infrastructure needs, and operational requirements.
• Maintain strong communication and build rapport with potential franchisees to support their decision-making.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed prospects.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to confidently handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Female candidates residing near Karol Bagh will be preferred.
