Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential students and working professionals through outbound calls.
Counsel prospective learners on course offerings and career growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate (mandatory)
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior experience in EdTech sales (Byjus, Upgrad, Jaro Education, WhiteHat Jr, etc.) are preferred.
Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Versant level 5 and above).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
