Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counselor to join our team at NPS Bannerghatta Road, with 3-5 years of experience in school counseling. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of child psychology, counseling, and life skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on various topics such as academic performance, personal growth, and social development.
Develop and implement counseling programs to promote student well-being and success.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, time management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and development.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.
Strong knowledge of child psychology, counseling, and life skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
