Role Description

full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Ahmedabad

Key responsibilities include assessing client profiles and requirements, advising on visa eligibility, preparing and verifying documentation, and ensuring full compliance with visa and immigration regulations. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with clients, offering personalized counseling, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful outcomes for each case.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience

  in visa counseling, immigration services, or a related field

• Mandatory experience in France and/or Europe visa processing

  (Student, Tourist, or Long-Stay visas)
• Strong

  communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills

• In-depth knowledge of

  visa and immigration processes, documentation, and compliance requirements

• Ability to provide

  personalized guidance and solutions

  based on individual client needs
• Excellent

  organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
