Job Title: EDI Integration Developer

Location: Remote (India)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Integration Developer with expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, SAP S/4HANA, and JD Edwards (JDE) to design, implement, and support end-to-end EDI integrations. This role is key to ensuring seamless data exchange with carriers, logistics providers, and trading partners, driving operational efficiency in supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

EDI Development & Mapping
Design, develop, and support EDI maps and business processes using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI).
Configure and maintain trading partner profiles and secure communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI errors using Sterling B2B dashboards and ServiceNow.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with SAP and JDE teams to ensure accurate data flow and resolve IDOC-related issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Create and maintain documentation including technical specifications, mapping guides, and system configurations.

Partner Onboarding & Integration:

Lead the onboarding of new trading partners, ensuring compliance with unique EDI requirements.
Coordinate with VANs (OpenText, E2Open, SPS) and middleware platforms to enable integrations.

Support & Maintenance

Provide L3 production support for EDI issues, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Ensure high system availability and performance for mission-critical supply chain integrations.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in EDI development and support.
Strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Proficiency in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and data formats (XML, flat files).
Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA and JD Edwards ERP systems.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with BPML, Graphical Process Modeler (GPM), and Sterling adapters.
Experience working with VANs and third-party middleware.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
