Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus (Order of Priority):

1. System Support & Uptime

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to maintain continuous uptime.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data and integration issues, tracing back to ERP sources.
• Collaborate with ERP teams to address master data discrepancies.

1. New Feature Development

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements to SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Work on OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) integrations and customizations.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems using

  Dynatrace

  for uptime and performance tracking.
• Analyze and manage application logs in

  Kibana

  .
• Ensure data flow accuracy between ERP and Commerce Cloud.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Adhere to security best practices, ensuring compliance with

  Ping

  (external) and

  Microsoft Entra

  (internal) authentication systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong ERP Data Knowledge

  – Understanding of ERP master data elements and their role in Commerce Cloud integrations.

• IDOCs Expertise:

  Familiarity with key IDOCs for customer information:

• BAPIs Knowledge:

• Familiarity with basic data security concepts and best practices.
