eCommerce Warehouse Manager

We’re hiring: eCommerce Warehouse Manager — Vasai (On-site)

FLiCKA Cosmetics is scaling fast and we’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Warehouse Manager to lead our Vasai operations across D2C and marketplaces. If you love fixing ops bottlenecks, hitting dispatch SLAs, and keeping inventory accuracy razor-sharp, let’s talk.

Location: Vasai (East), Maharashtra

Work Mode: On-site, 6 days/week

Start: Immediate / within 30 days

What you’ll own

End-to-end eCom ops: Inbound → putaway → pick-pack-ship → dispatch across D2C (Shopify) & marketplaces (Nykaa/Amazon/Flipkart).

SLA/TAT: Same-day dispatch for orders before cut-off; ensure >98% on-time performance.

Inventory control: Cycle counts, audits, batch/FEFO, damage/expiry management; drive >99% accuracy and <0.3% shrinkage.

Returns/NDR/RTO: Root-cause and reduce; refurbishment/RTV flows; packaging improvements to cut breakage.

Team leadership: Hire, train, roster and upskill pickers/packers; track productivity & safety.

WMS & panels: Daily hygiene on Unicommerce (must), barcode flows, channel integrations, ASN/GRN.

Courier/vendor mgmt: Rate cards, pickup adherence, claims for lost/damaged shipments, COD reconciliation.

Compliance & safety: 5S, fire-safety checks, SOPs, audits, hygiene for cosmetics (leak-prone SKUs).

Reporting: Daily MIS (orders, fill-rate, RTO, ageing, inventory health), weekly dashboards & MOMs.

Must-haves

3–6 years in eCommerce/FMCG warehouse ops with 1–2 years leading a team.

Strong on Unicommerce/WMS, barcode scanners, and basic Shopify workflows.

Marketplace experience: Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart / Nykaa.

Excel/Sheets power user (pivot, VLOOKUP, text functions; basics of reconciliation).

Comfortable with seasonality, weekend peaks & tight cut-offs.

Clear communication in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

Based in/around Vasai with reliable commute.

Good to have

Cosmetics/beauty or fragile SKU handling experience.

Lean/Kaizen/5S exposure; process design mindset.
