1. Strategy Development:

   Design and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.

2. Website Management:

   Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.

3. Digital Marketing:

   Plan and execute SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.

4. Data Analysis:

   Analyse sales data and performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets.

5. Cross-functional collaboration:

   Work closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

6. Revenue Maximisation:

   Manage pricing, promotions, and product listings to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in a D2C environment.
