Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to design and implement e-commerce strategies, drive business growth, and improve conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Design and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.
2. Performance Marketing: Plan and execute PPC, email, and social media campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.
3. Website Management: Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
4. Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
6. Revenue Maximisation: Manage pricing, promotions, and product listings to maximise profitability.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1+ years in performance marketing or e-commerce management, preferably in a D2C environment.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and analytics software.
3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and improving conversion rates.
4. Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making abilities with strong analytical skills.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
